MINOR SAINTS

—— AND ——

FERTILE SOILS

A collection of poetry and verses 1972 - 1975

by ANDREW M. HAJDUCKI

A short anthology of 34 poems written by the author during the early 1970s on themes of the power and beauty of nature, life, love, loss and the human condition.

Taking inspiration from the likes of John Betjeman and A. E. Housman, many of his poems are love letters to the English countryside with particular references to Shropshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Gloucestershire, as well as several musings on his native South London.

First hand-typed and distributed to friends and family in the late 1970s, Anoetica is proud to present Minor Saints and Fertile Soils in a strictly limited edition hardback pocket book beautifully bound in green cloth with a gold image on the front - a rather tongue-in-cheek mock up of the author as a Romanesque bust, in reference to the “Minor Saints” aspect of the title.

Due to the high production costs and short print run this is collector’s item only available through our own website, as reflected by the price. However we are also issuing MSFS as an affordable e-book, available to purchase through ourselves or via Amazon Kindle.
