The online ordering system through this website is for individual customers ordering a few books at once. For wholesale orders or to order large volumes of books at once please email us first as the delivery options and prices specified are only for packages up to 3kg in weight (roughly 4 hardbacks or 6 paperbacks). UK bookshops or retailers can order small boxes directly here.

All orders are dispatched from the UK and packaged in protective envelopes.

All postage costs are calculated by weight according to the current rates as set by the Post Office. A range of options are provided at checkout.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, which offers no tracking, or via Signed For if it is important however note that Signed For is a guarantee only that it will definitely arrive (and you will sent a tracking number when it’s posted). It is not a guarantee of arrival date. We are not Amazon (though our titles are available there), we post orders most working days but we are a small business and we do not pretend to offer next day delivery or any ultrafast turnarounds. If you want something for a birthday or Christmas present order it early! Ordinarily you should receive your items within 3 or 4 working days but it may take a little longer on occasion. If we expect a major delay we will notify you. At present Royal Mail is experiencing strike action so orders may take longer than usual.

International orders are shipped via Parcelforce, and we offer either regular service (moderate turnaround with different price brackets depending on location), Cheapest (a single worldwide rate which costs less and better for larger orders but can take a long time - up to 4 weeks for USA and 6 weeks for Australia / New Zealand) or International Signed For (fastest, most expensive and the only one to provide tracking info).

We accept returns within 28 days. Return address: Anoetica Publishing Ltd, 7-11 Saunders Street Edinburgh, EH3 6TU. Please include the original invoice with your return so that we know whose it is. Alternatively email us at orders@anoeticapublishing.com to let us know what it is you are returning and why. If the item is damaged please send photographs to show the damage and if necessary we can send out another copy for free or arrange a refund.
